ramai org ckp, swimming is one of the best workouts..sebabnya it works almost all of your major muscle groups at the same time......its true i guess, lepas swimming tu badan rasa ringan jer....dua hari berturut2 pegi swimming with babe, sya n nyeng2 di sri ttdi...
